Joanne Hull is an expert in disaster and catastrophic event management. With over eighteen years served in a variety of Senior Level Leadership/Management, Command Staff, On-Call positions. Ms. Hull has extensive real-time experience handling nationally declared disasters and emergency events. On assignment as Chief of Staff, Ms. Hull has managed staffing issues for personnel numbering into the thousands on catastrophic events. She has responded to over 70 declared U.S. disasters and emergencies, and special assignments throughout the country, including some of the largest disasters on record: Hurricane Katrina, the Florida Hurricanes, the NASA Space Shuttle Columbia Disaster, Texas Floods, New York Floods, Hurricanes Irene and Lee and, Hurricane Sandy, just to name a few. When not acting in a Chief of Staff capacity, Ms. Hull has been called upon to act as Chief of Operation, Special Assistant, Congressional Liaison Officer- Intergovernmental Affairs and, Program Project Management.
In addition to her lengthy Emergency Management credentials, Ms. Hull’s prior executive work experience and civic duties include: Legislative Assistant-New York State Senate, President and Chief Executive Officer for Picture Perfect- Historical Restoration Photographic Art Gallery, NYS County/Town Zoning Officer, and tri-county Court Appointed Mediator.
Ms. Hull holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Disaster Planning and Response Management, from State University of New York and an Associate of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from State University of New York. Additionally, Graduate Studies at Cornell University Division of Industrial and Labor Management Relations, and also holds a Certificate in Dispute Mediation.
Ms. Hull is the recipient of numerous awards including:

–Commander’s Coin of Excellence (from the Deputy Commanding General for Mobilization and Training for the U.S. Army Combined Arms Support Command and Fort Lee) “for going above and beyond what is normally required to meet a mission.”
